We managed to leave Michigan without me turning into a cherry!!!
Today, we headed further south from St. Joseph's to Michigan City, Indiana. We are now in the central time zone. It was a busy morning. I returned the rental car while John got the boat ready to go so we could get a good start. We could tell that the rain was coming. The lake was fairly calm. We were at the fuel dock getting filled up with diesel when the skies opened up.
I have no rain pictures to show you. We will be waiting here for our next weather window which looks like it will be Thursday. Then, we will head to Chicago, that toddlin' town.
But I am not worried about boredom here. There is a Simon Outlet Mall .8 mile from the marina!!! Shop on!!
